What four generations of pecan expertise tastes like
Our chocolate and candied pecans, almonds, and cashews are made by our family here in Granbury, Texas from recipes we developed. Each chocolate pecan has two layers of chocolatey coating. The first covers it in full. The second gives it our signature finish: smooth and silky, rich and creamy, and never waxy. That second coat is why people come back. The candied pecans are cooked in copper kettles one small batch at a time. Four generations in the pecan business, and it shows in the first bite.
