Shipping information

Every order is packed and shipped from Granbury, Texas. We ship as fast as we can, and we watch the weather all year so your order arrives safely. In cooler months, your order ships within a day. When it’s warmer, orders placed after Wednesday wait until the following Monday, so they don’t spend a hot weekend in a truck. 

We offer flat-rate ground shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. at the following rates:

  • $9.95 for orders under $50
  • $4.95 for orders between $50 and $99
  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99

How we ship

Any order can upgrade to UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout. These are priced by weight and distance, and you’ll see the cost before you pay. Free shipping applies to ground only.

Ranch Oak smoked meats ship frozen in an insulated cooler with a gel ice pack. They ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays, so they never sit in a truck over a weekend.

Ground shipping is available to Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.

Everywhere else, smoked meats ship UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select so they arrive cold.

The shipping options follow the meat. Outside the eight states eligible for ground shipping for meat*, that means the whole order ships 2nd Day or 3 Day, and ground isn’t offered.

In warm months, chocolatey products ship in a cooler with cold packs, which adds to the shipping cost. We’ll tell you before we add it. Bring the box inside as soon as it arrives.

We ship via USPS or UPS and pick an economical method. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; those go USPS.

Pick a later ship date at checkout, and we’ll hold your order until then. It’s handy for holiday gifts.

Orders received after December 15 may not arrive before Christmas. We will continue to ship after that date at your request.
