All three of our chocolatey covered pecans in one tin: milk, white, and dark. Each pecan gets two coats, the first to cover it fully and the second for the smooth, silky, chocolatey finish that's never waxy. If you've never sent one of our tins, send this one, because there's no guessing involved: whoever opens it finds their chocolate. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.

Our two best sellers on one pecan. We take our butter toffee pecans and coat them in the same milk chocolatey layer that goes on our best seller, so what you bite through is a smooth coating, then crunchy toffee, then the pecan. We recommend it when someone can't decide between the chocolatey and the candied. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.

Our best seller from the copper kettle kitchen. Every pecan is cooked with a butter toffee coating. Sweet and crunchy, but never too hard. The hard part isn't the ingredients. It's knowing the exact second to pull the kettle, and that took a few generations to learn. Cooked one small batch at a time in Granbury, Texas. They will not last the week.

The butter toffee pecan, finished in our white chocolatey coating. We take our butter toffee pecans, then cover them in our sweet, creamy white chocolatey finish. The toffee brings the crunch and a little dark caramel, the coating smooths it out, and the pecan holds the middle. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas. A new favorite combination. Two chocolates and honey glazed from the kettle. Milk chocolatey and white chocolatey pecans, each with two coats, alongside honey glazed pecans cooked in the copper kettle. The honey section is there for whoever wants something sweet that isn't chocolate, and it's the newest tin we've put together, built by popular demand. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.

A classic recipe that blends cinnamon and sugar with the pecans and cooks down into a crackly layer on every pecan half. The pecan does most of the talking and the cinnamon gets the last word. It's the batch that fills our candy kitchen with the smell of cinnamon while it cools. Cooked one small batch at a time by our family in Granbury, Texas. Set out a bowl when company comes over and count how long it lasts

A new customer favorite. Pecans coated in pure clover honey and cooked in a copper kettle until the glaze turns glossy and clings to each pecan. The finish is crisp, not sticky, and the honey stays out front with the pecan right behind it. Cooked one small batch at a time by our family in Granbury, Texas.

Four pecans from the copper kettle in one tin: cinnamon, praline, butter toffee, and honey glazed. Each one is cooked in its own small batch, and each one crunches a different way, from the sweet cinnamon finish to the crunchy toffee. Skip the chocolate and go straight to the candied pecans, and plan on being asked where they came from. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
