Old Fashioned Bone-in spiral sliced Ham brings down-home flavor to your table for the whole family to enjoy. We start with our finest and largest whole bone-in ham and bring it to you at the peak of full flavor and tenderness. This ham’s old-fashioned flavor is derived from just the right amount of sugar and spice and fourteen hours in the smokehouse.
Heating & Serving
This fully cooked old-fashioned ham is ready to serve at any temperature. To serve hot as an entree, tightly seal in a pan with lid or with foil. Two to two and one half hours at 325 degrees will heat it through. To glaze or add fruit, apply during the last forty minutes of cooking time with foil removed. Slice just prior to serving.
Bourbon and sugar glazed pecans cooked in the copper kettle. A nice balance of sweet and a little warmth on every pecan half. It's the kettle pecan to set out as a party app or after dinner. Cooked one small batch at a time by our family in Granbury, Texas.
When you want the pecan without the sugar. Big pecan halves, roasted in butter with a lightly salted finish. The recipe is short: pecans, butter, salt. The roasting deepens the pecan's own sweetness and the salt brings it forward, and that's all a good pecan needs. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas. Set them out with drinks or keep them for the salad; either way, you'll want to buy the bigger tin.
Our best seller from the copper kettle kitchen. Every pecan is cooked with a butter toffee coating. Sweet and crunchy, but never too hard. The hard part isn't the ingredients. It's knowing the exact second to pull the kettle, and that took a few generations to learn. Cooked one small batch at a time in Granbury, Texas. They will not last the week.
A new favorite combination. Two chocolates and honey glazed from the kettle. Milk chocolatey and white chocolatey pecans, each with two coats, alongside honey glazed pecans cooked in the copper kettle. The honey section is there for whoever wants something sweet that isn't chocolate, and it's the newest tin we've put together, built by popular demand. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
Our best selling chocolate combination. Seven sections, six of them chocolate. Milk, white, and dark chocolatey pecans, milk and white chocolatey almonds, milk chocolatey cashews, and butter toffee pecans from the copper kettle for contrast. Everything coated gets two layers of our smooth, creamy chocolatey coating that's never waxy. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
All three of our chocolatey almonds in one tin: milk, dark, and white. Every almond is roasted first, then given two layers of chocolatey coating, the first to cover and the second for the smooth, silky chocolatey finish. The milk is sweet and creamy, the dark is rich for the chocolate lovers, and the white is sweet and buttery, so whoever opens the tin finds their favorite. Send it when they've already had the pecans. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
