Cooked in the copper kettle with a maple glaze on each pecan half. Pecan and maple belong together and here you get both in one bite: the maple first, then the pecan underneath it. Cooked one small batch at a time by our family in Granbury, Texas. Good over vanilla ice cream, better straight from the tin.

Our candied pecans are cooked in copper kettles, where the ingredients come together to form a crunchy, sweet candy coat on every pecan. Each recipe is handcrafted for its own flavor, and our candy makers have been doing it long enough to know exactly when a batch is right.
Cinnamon, praline, butter toffee, honey glazed, maple, or bourbon, the pecan is toasted through, and the candy stays crunchy and never sticky.
The recipes behind these pecans have been developed, tested, and refined for decades by the same family that's spent four generations in the pecan business.
Give the gift that gets asked about. Send them as a gift, and you become the person whose box is expected every year. These are the pecans people come back for year after year. Most of our customers have been reordering the same tin for over twenty years. Don’t forget to order some for yourself; you’ll want to set these out when company comes over.
For the best flavor and maximum quality, enjoy your order as soon as you can. Typically our customers can't resist eating it all right away, but in case you need to keep it fresh longer, we recommend the following:
Pecans (shelled and in-shell): Store up to 2 years in airtight bags in your freezer.
Chocolate-covered nuts: Store up to 1 year in airtight bags in your refrigerator.
Candied pecans and nuts: Store up to 1 year in airtight bags in your freezer.
Roasted nuts: These don’t keep as long and are best eaten soon after they arrive.
