Roasted almonds under two coats of the same sweet, creamy white chocolatey coating that goes on our pecans, the first for cover and the second for a smooth, creamy finish. The roasted almond has a nice, nutty flavor that pairs well with the sweet chocolatey coating. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.

Each chocolatey almond is covered in two layers of chocolatey coating. The first covers it completely. The second gives it our signature finish: smooth and silky, rich and creamy, and never waxy. That second coat is why people come back.

Milk, white, or dark chocolate, the almond stays crisp, and the chocolate is always smooth.

The recipes behind these pecans have been developed, tested, and refined for decades by the same family that's spent four generations in the pecan business.

Give the gift that gets asked about. Send them as a gift, and you become the person whose box is expected every year. These are the pecans people come back for year after year. Most of our customers have been reordering the same tin for over twenty years. Don’t forget to order some for yourself; you’ll want to set these out when company comes over.

For the best flavor and maximum quality, enjoy your order as soon as you can. Typically our customers can't resist eating it all right away, but in case you need to keep it fresh longer, we recommend the following:

  • Pecans (shelled and in-shell): Store up to 2 years in airtight bags in your freezer.
  • Chocolate-covered nuts: Store up to 1 year in airtight bags in your refrigerator.
  • Candied pecans and nuts: Store up to 1 year in airtight bags in your freezer.
  • Roasted nuts: These don’t keep as long and are best eaten soon after they arrive.
