Whole almonds, roasted and salted, then given the same two layers of milk chocolatey coating as our pecans: the first covers the almond completely, the second sets smooth and silky, rich and creamy. The roasted almond brings a different flavor that pairs well with the chocolatey coating. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
Our two best sellers on one pecan. We take our butter toffee pecans and coat them in the same milk chocolatey layer that goes on our best seller, so what you bite through is a smooth coating, then crunchy toffee, then the pecan. We recommend it when someone can't decide between the chocolatey and the candied. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
Whole cashews, roasted and salted, then covered in our milk chocolatey coating. The cashew is the softest of the three nuts we cover, buttery and a little sweet on its own, and pairs well with the chocolatey coating. Smooth and creamy, never waxy. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
Our best seller prepacked in gift bags. Each pecan is covered in two layers of milk chocolatey coating: the first coats it fully, the second makes it smooth and silky, richer and creamier, and never waxy. The perfect balance of sweet, chocolatey flavor with the nutty pecan. Available in 2-packs or 5-packs.
Our best seller, and folks reorder it year after year for a reason. Each pecan is covered in two layers of milk chocolatey coating: the first coats it fully, the second makes it smooth and silky, richer and creamier, and never waxy. The perfect balance of sweet, chocolatey flavor with the nutty pecan.
Nothing sweet in this one. Butter roasted pecans on one side, roasted and salted cashews on the other, for the household that snacks or skips dessert. The pecans are big halves roasted in butter with a little salt; the cashews are whole and roasted golden. Set it out with drinks and it does the job a cheese board does, with less fuss. Made by our family in Granbury, Texas.
This is the toffee from the candy case at our store in Granbury, cooked with pecans in our own candy kitchen. It's only made in November and December, so if you want it, order early and order more than one. It comes in a one-pound tin. Send it to the person who already has everything, or keep it and don't mention it to anyone.
From the leanest and tastiest cut of pork, our tenderloin is hand-rubbed with fresh black pepper and expertly smoked to be moist and tender. Perfect for dinner, hors d'oeuvres or sandwiches.
Heating & Serving
Pork tenderloin makes a great cold sandwich or cocktail party food. If you want it to be the main course served warm, follow these heating instructions. Remove from packaging and wrap tightly in foil, including juices from the package with a tablespoon of water, or place in a pan with a lid. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Slice and serve. We like it with honey mustard or barbeque sauce for an unforgettable taste!
