Melt-in-your-mouth delicious Bone-in Spiral Sliced Smoked Ham without the aggravation of carving. It wouldn’t be so special if we didn’t start with the finest no water added ham we’ve been able to find anywhere and bring it to you at its peak of flavor and tenderness. No wonder it’s our biggest seller and delicious hot or cold. A favorite for gift giving or feasting with your family and friends, each ham comes to you fully cooked, spiral sliced and ready to eat. Also includes Ranch Oak’s exclusive all natural Honey Crust glaze mix to give it that classic glazed finish.

Heating & Serving

Your Honey Cut Ham is honey glazed and spiral-sliced around the bone. The slices remain in place until you run a knife around the bone to release the slices. Since your Ranch Oak Ham is fully cooked, you may serve it cold, warmed or at room temperature. If you wish to warm it, do so carefully to prevent drying it out. Remove the wrapper, leave ham in the foil, slightly open at the top, and place in pan to catch juices. Place in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for one hour for half ham, or an hour and a half for whole ham. Follow directions on glaze packet to create additional honey glaze. When thawing, allow 24-28 hours in refrigerator, depending upon the size.

Our barbecued brisket is cooked in a real pit, not an oven, and trimmed to leave just enough fat to ensure moist, tender meat. We enhance the flavor using a rub of just the right blend of spices, before the slow cooking begins. We slice it prior to vacuum-packing so all you have to do is warm it up. Choose the size right for you.

Heating & Serving

Remove wrapping, and pour any juices in the bag onto the meat in a covered baking pan (or use foil to seal pan). Keep the brisket slices close together and lined up so they don't dry out and be sure the fat side is up. Pour 8 ounces of water around the brisket and heat at 300 degrees for one and one half hours. Approximately fifteen minutes before serving time, pour half the sauce over the meat and continue heating. Warm the remaining sauce to serve on the side. If you choose, you may heat on the grill using the same general directions, but times may vary due to grill differences. Remember, with barbecue, the longer and slower it cooks, the more tender, but don't overdo it!

From the leanest and tastiest cut of pork, our tenderloin is hand-rubbed with fresh black pepper and expertly smoked to be moist and tender. Perfect for dinner, hors d'oeuvres or sandwiches.

Heating & Serving

Pork tenderloin makes a great cold sandwich or cocktail party food. If you want it to be the main course served warm, follow these heating instructions. Remove from packaging and wrap tightly in foil, including juices from the package with a tablespoon of water, or place in a pan with a lid. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Slice and serve. We like it with honey mustard or barbeque sauce for an unforgettable taste!

Old Fashioned Bone-in spiral sliced Ham brings down-home flavor to your table for the whole family to enjoy. We start with our finest and largest whole bone-in ham and bring it to you at the peak of full flavor and tenderness. This ham’s old-fashioned flavor is derived from just the right amount of sugar and spice and fourteen hours in the smokehouse.

Heating & Serving

This fully cooked old-fashioned ham is ready to serve at any temperature. To serve hot as an entree, tightly seal in a pan with lid or with foil. Two to two and one half hours at 325 degrees will heat it through. To glaze or add fruit, apply during the last forty minutes of cooking time with foil removed. Slice just prior to serving.

Fifteen minutes or so before serving time, pour about half the Ranch Oak Smokehouse Barbeque Sauce onto the meat and continue heating. Warm the remainder to serve on the side. If you choose, you may heat on the grill, using the same general directions but times may vary due to grill differences. Cover and place in a 300 degree oven for one hour and fifteen minutes. If you wish, garnish the top with pineapple or other fruits, jelly glazes or brown sugar mixtures.
