Mammoth pecan halves, the largest size grade: the whole, even halves you want to see on top of a pie. They're the ones to buy for garnishing or when the pecan is going on the pie rather than in it. Four generations in the pecan business means we know quality pecans. Sold in gift boxes from two pounds to a thirty-pound case.

Pecans: Native to North America. One of the few major tree nuts originally American, from the river bottoms of present-day Texas.

  • Packed with oleic acid*
  • High in manganese
  • High in copper
  • A good source of zinc and thiamin
  • Plant protein and fiber
  • Rich in polyphenols

*Did you know? Pecans are packed with oleic acid, the very same heart-healthy fat found in olive oil.

The recipes behind these pecans have been developed, tested, and refined for decades by the same family that's spent four generations in the pecan business.

Give the gift that gets asked about. Send them as a gift, and you become the person whose box is expected every year. These are the pecans people come back for year after year. Most of our customers have been reordering the same tin for over twenty years. Don’t forget to order some for yourself; you’ll want to set these out when company comes over.

For the best flavor and maximum quality, enjoy your order as soon as you can. Typically our customers can't resist eating it all right away, but in case you need to keep it fresh longer, we recommend the following:

  • Pecans (shelled and in-shell): Store up to 2 years in airtight bags in your freezer.
  • Chocolate-covered nuts: Store up to 1 year in airtight bags in your refrigerator.
  • Candied pecans and nuts: Store up to 1 year in airtight bags in your freezer.
  • Roasted nuts: These don’t keep as long and are best eaten soon after they arrive.
